A               low-calorie               diet               was               used               throughout               the               study               which               lasted               12               weeks.

The               results               were               quite               amazing               with               the               water               drinkers               losing               more               than               15               pounds,               and               the               non-water               drinkers               losing               just               11               pounds.

Over               the               course               of               a               year,               those               who               drink               two               eight-ounce               glasses               of               water               before               each               meal               may               lose               more               than               60               pounds               using               this               method               along               with               a               low-calorie               diet.
